Werewolf Cookie Tarts

   Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. If you are using a dark pan, set to 350 degrees.

   In a large bowl add cookie mix, eggs, oil and water. Stir well until combined. Divide in half.

   With oiled fingers, spread batter out evenly on two 10-12 inch pizza pans that have been lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 15-20 minutes (test for doneness with a toothpick). Remove from oven to cool.

   Place semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and melt about 2 minutes. Drizzle 1/2 cup over each tart. Repeat step with the white chips.

   Allow to cool completely before serving. Slice with a pizza cutter.
