2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons Flour
1/2 cups Whole Milk
1/2 cups Your Favorite Beer
1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1/2 teaspoons Paprika
3 dashes Cayenne Pepper
1/4 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, Grated
1 whole Egg Yolk
4 slices Bacon, Cooked And Crumbled
⅓ cups Chopped Chives, For Garnish
