Warm PHILLY Apple-Maple Bread Pudding

   Melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat.

   Add apples, in batches; cook until golden brown, stirring occasionally.

   Beat cream cheese product, eggs and vanilla with mixer fitted with whisk attachment until well blended.

   Gradually add milk and 1-3/4 cups (425 mL) maple syrup (or 7 Tbsp.

   [105 mL] syrup for trial recipe), stirring after each addition until well blended.

   Stir in bread cubes and apples; spoon into full-size hotel pan sprayed with cooking spray (or into 9-inch square pan for trial recipe).

   Bake in 375 degrees F-standard oven 40 min.
