Warm Nacho Dip

   Preheat oven to 350u00b0

   In shallow oven-proof baking dish, layer ingredients in order listed. Spread the cream cheese over the bottom of the dish; spread chili over the cheese. Add scallions in an even layer and top with shredded cheese.

   Bake about 20 minutes or until cheese melts and mixture is bubbling.

   Serve with sturdy nacho chips.
