Melt the unsweetened chocolate in a bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Place the brown sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Stir with a wooden spoon until smooth.

Stir in the melted chocolate and flour. Add the walnuts and chopped milk chocolate; mix well. Spoon into the prepared pan.

Bake for 50-60 mins until the center is just firm to the touch. Cool in pan for 5 mins. Remove from pan; cool completely on wire rack. Using a sharp knife, trim off the crusty edges. Carefully cut into squares. Dust with cocoa and serve with ice cream, maple syrup, walnuts and strawberries.
