Ingredients: 1 cup all purpose flour; 2 eggs; 1/2 milk; 1/2 water; 1/4 salt; 2 tablespoons mixed herbs; 2 tablespoons melted butter; 5 handful spinach; 1 green pepper; 1 red pepper; 4 cherry tomatoes

Mix flour, salt and mixed herbs together

Whisk together flour and eggs.

Gradually add milk and water and beat until smooth.

Heat small amount of olive oil in a riddle.

Pour 1/4 batter and tilt the pan with circular motion

Cook crepe for 2 min or until golden brown and flip it over.

FILLING

Saute all vegies once cooked fold it in your crepe.

Serve with Slices of orange and red cherries.
