Wacky Cake

   Measure into sifter the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt; sift dry ingredients right into 8 x 8 x 2-inch square pan. Make 3 holes in dry mixture.

   Place oil, vinegar and vanilla equally into holes.

   Pour over all 1 cup water.

   Stir with fork until blended.
