1 star anise
1 clove
1 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tsp coriander seed
1 cardamom

3 tbsp chicken stock powder
2 tbsp fish sauce
6 cup water
3 tsp cooking oil
3 packages flat rice noodle
100 grams beef
5 tsp corn starch
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 bunch coriander
2 fresh lime
1 small chili
1 packages bean sprouts

soften rice noodle and set aside in servibg bowl

marinate beef with corn starch and fish sauce set aside

deep fried all spices until golden brown, add water bring to boil

add chicken stock powder and fish sauce to taste

boil bean sprout in soup for 30 seconds

boil marinated beef with soup

pour beef soup to rice noodle, add bean sprouts, coriander, small chili and fresh lime to serve
