Viennese Chocolate Swirl Cookies

   Preheat the oven to 170 Celsius.

   Sift together the flour, cornmeal, salt, and baking powder. Set aside.

   Combine the chocolate and tablespoon of milk and microwave at 20 second intervals until melted. Let cool.

   Cream the butter and sugars, add the vanilla and beat until light and fluffy. Add the sifted dry ingredients and the 50 grams of milk. Stir to incorporate and add the cooled chocolate. Mix.

   Place the batter into a piping sleeve and form spirals on a silicon or parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

   Bake for 10-15 minutes, until slightly firm to the touch and dark on the bottom. Let cool.
