Vickys British S'mores, Cheats Version plus Free From Version

   Skewer your marshmallow and roast it over a gas cooker flame, or if ourdoors, over a campfire or bonfire (it's that time of year!)

   Cook until slightly golden and watch it doesn't catch fire!

   Hold it above the heat, not in the flame

   When done, sit the marshmallow on the chocolate digestive (choc side up) and twist the skewer out

   Top with the other biscuit, choc side down, sandwiching together

   The heat of the mallow will melt the chocolate on the digestive

   Same applies to the free from version but put the thin square of chocolate on top of the bottom cookie, then the marshmallow

   You can also do these in the microwave.

   Just assemble the s'mores then heat in 5 second increments.

    The marshmallows will cook quickly so watch them!

    Other cookies work just as well - chocolate chip ones kill two birds with one stone!

    Also you can use nutella in place of solid chocolate, just spread some on the underside of the cookies
