1/2 cup brown sugar

1 each chocolate bar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup sugar
1 each eggs
1 1/4 cups oatmeal
1 cup flour, all-purpose
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 package chocolate chips
