In large bowl combine 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, salt, sugar and yeast; blend well.

In small saucepan or possibly microwave, heat water and oil till very hot (120-130 degrees); add in to flour mix.

Blend at low speed till moistened; beat 2 min at medium speed.

Stir in 1/2 c. whole wheat flour and 1/4 c. all-purpose flour to create a stiff dough.

On floured surface, knead in 1/4 to 1/2 c. all-purpose flour till dough is smooth and elastic, about 3-5 min.

Place dough in bowl; cover with cloth towel.

Let rise in hot place (80-85 degrees) till light and doubled in size, about 45 min.

Punch down dough several times to remove all air bubbles.

Divide in half.
