3 whole Carrots, Peeled
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
8 ounces, weight Fresh Mushrooms
15 ounces, weight Canned Lentils
1 sprig Fresh Rosemary
1 clove Garlic
3/4 cups Dry Breadcrumbs
2 Eggs
1/4 cups Ketchup
3/4 cups Parmigiano-reggiano, Freshly Grated
1/4 cups Walnuts, Toasted And Chopped
Salt And Pepper, to taste
