4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper
1 stick butter or oleo
grated Parmesan cheese

Combine melted butter, sour cream, Parmesan and eggs.

Defrost vegetables and drain; add to mixture, then add flour and stir. Bake at 350u00b0 for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.
