Wrap it in aluminium foil, and let it rest for 30 minutes in a warm place.

Mix the apple with all the other filling ingredient and let it marinate while you wait for the the dough to be ready.

Roll out the dough, and use it to wrap the filling, pressing the edges together with the help of little more water.

Cook for 30/35 minutes at 180u00b0 until golden brown.
