Vegan Organic Zucchini Bread With Olive Oil

   Preheat oven to 150u00b0c. Spray an 8-inch loaf pan with natural cooking spray and set aside.

   In a large bowl, sift together 2 cups of flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1tsp baking powder, a pinch of cinnamon, 1 cup of olive oil, knead the mix.

   Transfer batter to prepared pan and bake until risen, deep golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean, 50 minutes.
