Vegan Marshmallow Brownies

   Preheat oven to 180 C or 356 F. Grease and flour a square pan with vegan margarine and some plain flour. Add the brownie mix and everything but marshmallows and pecans then mix together until pouring consistency. Tear up the marshmallows and throw in the mixture with chopped pecans.

   Pour mixture into the pan and cook for 25-30 minutes or until cooked. I have a gas oven so mine did not take very long to cook.

   You'll know the brownies are ready when you take the pan out the oven and the marshmallows have puffed up huge! Leave to cool then cut up in to 9 squares.
