1 teaspoon sugar
2 c. bouillon
1/4 c. raisins
2 c. warm cooked rice
Flaked coconut or possibly nuts minced for garnish
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water

Brown cubed meat; add in onion, apple, seasonings and liquid.

Cover and cook 1 hour.

Thicken gravy by adding 1 1/2 Tbsp.

Add in raisins and cook 15 min longer.
