2 pound veal steak, cut in very thin slices
Seasoned flour
2 tbsp. fat or possibly salad oil
1 bay leaf
1 onion, sliced
1 (6 ounce.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. (12 ounce.) any beer

Combine chopped onion, melted butter, crumbs, water, salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning to make stuffing; mix well; spread on veal slices.
