Ingredients: 150 grams softened butter; 110 grams light brown sugar; 3 eggs; 140 grams plain flour; 40 grams chocolate powder; 1 tbsp baking powder; 100 ml whole fat milk; 4 eggs; 1 tin of condensed milk; 2 equal amounts of full fat milk. (use the condensed milk can to measure).; 1 tbsp vanilla extract

150 grams softened butter
110 grams light brown sugar
3 eggs
140 grams plain flour
40 grams chocolate powder
1 tbsp baking powder
100 ml whole fat milk
4 eggs
1 tin of condensed milk
2 equal amounts of full fat milk. (use the condensed milk can to measure).
1 tbsp vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 180c.

To make the cake, stir together well the butter, sugar and eggs.

Next add in the flour (shifted) and baking powder.

Continuously stirring.

Add the chocolate and stir well, then add in the milk and again stir the mixture.

I suggest using a deep round spring form baking tin, grease with liquid Caramel, then pour in the mixture.

Set aside.

To make the pudding, beat the eggs, condensed milk, full fat milk and vanilla together.

Very carefully and slowly pour the pudding mixture on top of the cake mixture.

Fill a deep tray with 1/3 of water and carefully place the tin on top.

(Bain Marie method).

Transfer to the preheated oven and bake for 1 hour.

Remove tin from the oven and let it cool.

Only remove the chocolate pudding cake from tin when it is luke warm or completely cold.

Transfer to a round tray.
