Vanilla Buttercream Frosting

   1) In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the flat beater, beat together the sugar, butter, 2 Tbls of milk, vanilla and salt on low speed until combined (about 1 minute).

   2) Stop the mixer and scrape down the sides of the bowl.

   3) Increase the speed to medium and beat until fluffy, about 3 minutes.

   4) If the frosting is dry, add more milk, 1 tsp at a tim, until it is creamy but still holds peaks.
