1
Take 1 1/2 package of Oreos, separate the cookies from the cream and crush the cookies (discard the cream). Mix crushed cookies with the butter. Reserve about 2/3 cup of the crumbled cookies. Press the remaining crumbled cookies firmly onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
2
Grab some baking paper and a heart-shaped cookie cutter. Place 1/4 of the reserved crushed cookies inside the cookie cutter and, using the edge of your rolling pin, firmly press down on the cookie crumbs inside the cutter. Gently remove the cookie cutter. You'll have a nice heart-shaped Oreo. Make 3 more using the remaining crumble, we are going to decorate our cheesecake with those hearts.
3
Beat cream cheese and sugar in a large bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until well-blended. Add the eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Add heavy cream and vanilla; mix well. Take the remaining Oreos and chop them up. Gently stir in the chopped cookies. Spread the batter onto the prepared crust.
4
Bake at 160u00b0C for about 45 minutes, then take your cheesecake out of the oven and place the heart-shaped Oreos on top. Continue baking for about 10 minutes.
5
Remove from the oven and let cool. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Before serving, decorate with some chocolate syrup.
