Valentine Cinnamon Sugar Balls – a delicious recipe with Egg White, Cream Of Tartar, Corn Syrup, Vanilla, Sugar, Red Hots. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

Beat the egg white until stiff, then add cream of tartar, corn syrup, vanilla and sugar.

Crush the Red Hots into powder or as fine as you can. I use my Magic Bullet, but you can use a coffee grinder or the old standby of a zippie bag and rolling pin. Add that to the mixture. It should have the consistency of wet sand. You can add food coloring at this point to brighten the red color.

Line a cookie sheet with tin foil (parchment paper works well, too). I use a melon baller, but you can use your hands to make small balls of the mixture. Put them in the oven set to bake at 200u00b0F for 2 hours. They should be hardened by then. If they are still sticky, turn off the oven and leave them there. They should harden as they cool.

When they are cool, serve them in a bowl as a cinnamon treat!
