Preheat your oven up to 335F (170C) for 20 minutes.
-
2
Take your baking molds and drop in whatever toppings you'd like on your doughnuts.
-
3
You can skip this step if you want.
-
4
Put all the ingredients in a Ziploc bag and close the seal.
-
5
Be careful not to rip the bag but massage the ingredients well.
-
6
Once you have finished mixing, move the batter to the bottom of the bag.
-
7
Once the batter comes together, it should look like this.
-
8
Cut a slit in the corner that is 5mm long.
-
9
The batter is soft and it comes out easily so make sure to cut the bag near your baking tray.
-
10
As if you were drawing a circle, pour the batter into the molds.
-
11
If there are parts that need more, just add some more to make sure all of the molds look even.
-
12
Lightly tap the tray against the counter to get the air bubbles out.
-
13
Next bake them in the oven for 15 minutes.
-
14
They are done if a bamboo skewer poked through comes out clean.
-
15
Leave them in the tray when they are done and let them cool.
-
16
Then take them out of the molds.
-
17
They should be moist and plump.
-
18
You can make them in a cupcake tray too.
