2 lbs. butter
6 c. sugar
8 lg. Large eggs
1 pt. heavy whipping cream
5 pound flour
6 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
6 heaping teaspoon baking pwdr

1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon salt

Soften butter in large bowl.

Cream sugar.

Beat and add in Large eggs.

Divide the dough into four equal parts.

Roll each into a log and wrap in waxed paper.

At this point the dough may be frzn and used at a future date.

To bake just use as refrigerator cookies and slice them off.

I dip the one side into sugar and place them on a greased cookie sheet.
