Uncle Tompy's Sugar Cookies Recipe

   Soften butter in large bowl.

   Cream sugar.

   Beat and add in Large eggs.

   Pour in heavy whipping cream.

   Add in flour.

   Add in vanilla, soda, baking pwdr, nutmeg, cream of tartar, salt and black walnuts.

   Mix till all flour disappears.

   Divide the dough into four equal parts.

   Roll each into a log and wrap in waxed paper.

    At this point the dough may be frzn and used at a future date.

    To bake just use as refrigerator cookies and slice them off.

    I dip the one side into sugar and place them on a greased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 350 degrees till done.
