In large bowl, thoroughly mix 2 cups flour, sugar, salt, orange peel and dry yeast.

Combine 1 cup milk, water and margarine in a saucepan and heat over low heat until liquids are very warm (120u00b0 to 130u00b0).

Gradually add this mixture to dry ingredients and beat two minutes at medium speed of electric mixer.

Add eggs and 3/4 cup flour, beating at high speed for two minutes and scraping bowl periodically.

Stir in enough additional flour to make a soft dough.

Turn onto floured board and knead until smooth and elastic (about 8 to 10 minutes).
