1 large carrot
1 medium onion
3 cup napa cabbage
1 tsp Salt
1 dash White pepper
1 dash light soy sauce
2 cup hairy melon / hairy gourd
2 cup udon
2 cup slice ready to eat smoked duck

Bring water to a boil then add chicken and simmer for 10 minute then add carrot and hairy melon simmer for another 10 minutes
