Two Corn Casserole Recipe

   Heat oven to 350 degrees.

   Grease 2 qt casserole.

   In small skillet, heat butter.

   Add in green pepper and onion; saute/fry till crisp and tender.

   In large bowl, combine cream style corn, whole kernel corn, Large eggs, and corn muffin mix; blend well.

   Add in onion mix; mix well.

   Pour into casserole; cook till hard and set.

   Let stand 5 min before serving.
