100 grams Ground mixed pork and beef
1 thumb Ginger
150 ml *Water
1 1/2 tbsp *Sugar
1 tbsp *Mirin
1 tbsp *Sake
1/2 tbsp *Usukuchi soy sauce
2 pinch *Salt
1 tbsp Katakuriko
1 tbsp Water

Chop the turnip into wedges or bite-size pieces (I used a larger size turnip, so I cut it into small pieces.)
