Ingredients: 2 c. diced or chunked cooked turkey or ham; 8 oz. thin spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces; 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine; 3/4 c. sliced mushrooms; 3 Tbsp. chopped onion; 1 tall can evaporated milk; 1 can chicken broth; 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese; 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese; pepper and salt to your taste; dash of hot pepper sauce; 1/3 c. chopped fresh parsley; 1/4 c. sliced ripe olives (optional)

2 c. diced or chunked cooked turkey or ham
8 oz. thin spaghetti, broken into 2-inch pieces
