Turkey Or Chicken Dressing

   Crumble fine, enough stale biscuits, bread ends and cornmeal muffins for one chicken (1 quart) for turkey (3 quarts).

   To this add 1/2 stick margarine or fat from fowl, small finely chopped onion, just enough hot broth to make moist, 2 hard-boiled eggs (chopped fine), 1/4 cup sugar and more salt and pepper, if needed. Mix all together and cook in pan large enough to hold in 400u00b0 oven 45 minutes.
