4 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 lb. mushrooms
1 c. chicken broth
3 Tbsp. lemon juice

Combine first 5 ingredients.

Shape into 40 balls.

Brown 1/2 in 2 1/2 tablespoons oil in large skillet about 6 minutes.

Remove to a platter.
