1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 to 2 c. diced turkey
1 c. diced ham
1 small can mushrooms

Stir in seasonings and water; simmer 10 minutes. Add rice, turkey and ham; cover.

Cook over low heat for 25 minutes or until rice is tender, adding boiling water if needed. Add mushrooms with small amount of liquid; cook 5 minutes longer.
