1 equal amount white bread

2 eggs
1 tsp. baking powder
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sage
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 stock from boiling giblets in 1 1/2 qt. water with onion and celery (save veggies and giblets for gravy)
