Split the hoagie sub, spray butter on the insides of each half and place on your grill pan over medium heat for toasting.

Once the buttered sides are toasted, remove them from the heat.

Spread mayonnaise on the inside of the top half of the toasted sub.

Add a layer of lettuce, tomato, onion and drizzle Italian dressing over the layered top while keep the bottom portion toasted only.

Set hoagie aside.

Grill burgers over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes per side.

Add Swiss slices onto each burger before removal from the grill and place on the hoagie roll.

Place pastrami on the grill and grill for about 30 seconds to 1 minute, flipping on both sides to cook evenly.

Place pastrami on top of cheeseburgers.

Put the top bun on your burger and press together to get the flavors together.

Cut in half and serve!
