["In food processor combine Serrano pepper, coconut, lime juice, zest, paprika, cilantro and sugar. Blend until Serrano pepper is in tiny bits. Add mango's and pulse until smooth. Taste and add more sugar or pepper if needed. Reserve 1/3 of sauce in separate bowl for basting.", "In a bowl combine ground turkey, cilantro, onion, garlic, paprika, egg whites, bread crumbs and salt and pepper. Incorporate salsa or sauce a little at a time checking to make sure patties hold up. Add more bread crumbs or use less salsa/ sauce if necessary.
