2 pounds turkey meat minced
1 tablespoon white wine
1 each onions finely chopped
1 teaspoon tarragon leaves fresh
1 medium onions finely sliced
1 each green bell peppers sliced
14 ounces tomatoes chopped
1 teaspoon red hot pepper sauce
2 cloves garlic crushed
4 ounces mushrooms sliced
1 teaspoon oregano dried

Place minced turkey in a large bowl.

Add onion, wine and herbs.

Mix together well and season to taste.

Shape into 12 burgers.

Place on a tray and set aside.

To make the sauce dry fry the onions and add the garlic.
