Tupperware Rice Pudding

   Put the rice, cinnamon stick, lemon peel, salt, and 4 cups of water in a microwavable bowl, and cook in the microwave for 18 minutes at full power.

   Remove and add the milk powder, the remaining 2 cups of water, and sugar, and put back in the microwave for 9 more minutes.

   Add 1/2 can of condensed milk, stir, and cook in the microwave for 4 minutes.

   Add remaining condensed milk and mix again.

   Let it sit for 5 minutes before removing it to the container where you will serve.

   Once cool, sprinkle with ground cinnamon to taste.
