Preheat oven to 425u00b0F. Lightly spray 4 small, shallow ovenproof dishes with oil. Place dishes on a baking sheet. Soak noodles in boiling water in a medium heatproof bowl for 3 mins. Stir noodles to separate strands, then drain.
