1/2 teaspoons Mustard
1 Red Onion
4 Green Onions

400 grams Tuna, Drained
200 grams Smoked Tuna, Drained
5 Tablespoons Chopped Parsley
5 Tablespoons Chopped Dill
2 Egg Whites
