Tortilla Pizza

   preheat toaster oven to 450

   Lightly brush tortilla with olive oil and place in toaster oven

   Brown tortilla in oven

   while tortilla is browning, sliced black olives green onions grated cheese tomato and mushrooms

   Take tortilla out of oven add ingredients put back in the oven for six to eight minutes or you can pre saute your ingredients by using skillet or a torch.

   Top with parmesan cheese or Romano and enjoy

   Here are a few others I just made, ricotta mozzarella carmelized minced garlic with spinach black olive and sundried tomato

   The other two are prosciutto pineapple tomato and smoked sausage tomato mozzarella black olive

   And this one is a margarita Pizza fresh basil fresh mozzarella tomato and garlic drizzled with olive oil salt and pepper
