Ribs: Cut each rack of ribs into sections of 4-6 rib each.

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

Tear off 4 pieces of aluminum foil 6-7 inches larger than the ribs.

Coat front and back of ribs with sauce.

Place each rack of ribs onto a piece of foil and wrap tightly.

Place the foil packets in the oven, seam side facing up and bake for 2-21/2 hours.

Remove ribs from oven when done and coat both sides of ribs with sauce.

Place ribs on preheated grill and grill for 2-4 minutes.
