1 med. onion, minced

1/2 c. cornmeal

2 teaspoon baking pwdr

1/2 c. lowfat milk
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown onion, garlic, sausage till sausage shows no pink.

Add in tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano and salt.

Simmer, uncovered, for 5 min.

In a bowl stir together Parmesan cheese, flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking pwdr and salt.

Pour in 9 x 13 inch pan.
