Tomato Sauce For Pasta And Pizza

   Saute the garlic, onion, and carrot in the olive oil in a pan. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat, stirring frequently until the onion starts to brown.

   Add the tomatoes, Herbes de Provence, and oregano, cover the pot, lower the heat, and let simmer for 10 minutes.

   Remove from heat, set aside for 10 minutes before blending in the blender, adding salt and pepper.
