tomato sandwiches w/ lemon pepper mayo

   prepare the mayo.

   in a small mixing bowl add the mayo, 1 pinch of salt and pepper, and 1tbs of ground lemon rind.

   mix together.

   slice the tomatoes into 1/4 in slices.

   place the mayo spread on the bullied rolls.

   then place 2-3 slices of tomatoes on each.
