Tomato Hamburger

   Turn the broiler on high in the oven.

   In a bowl, mix the minced meat with a pinch of black pepper and a few drops of Worcestershire sauce. Combine well.

   Shape the meat into patties.

   On a baking sheet, place the hamburger patties, the tomatoes and onion slices.

   Broil for 3 minutes, then remove the onions and tomatoes before turning the patties. Cook for 4 more minutes until brown.

   Plate the hamburgers, topping with the onion slices. Use the tomato slices instead of bread.
