Tomato Gravy

   over medium high heat

   chop bacon into small peices and fry till crispy

   slowly add flour one tablspoon at a time.. stirring constantly

   *do not let flour brown

   when flour is absorbed add tomatoes and continue stirring

6. 6

   as it thickens add broth/water slowly(about 3 ounces at a time) still a stirring constantly

   turn down and simmer stirring occasionally...untill it reaches the consistency of gravy

   that's it your done....

   serve over rice...potatoes or use as a sauce for meat
