Tomato & Goat Cheese Tart

   CRUST: place flour, roasted garlic & salt in food processor - c machine running add butter, a few pieces at a time - process until dough forms into a ball - press the dough into tart pan - bake until crust is set, about 10 mins - cool completely

   FILLING: sprinkle 1/2 cup parm cheese over bottom of crust and then sprinkle basil over - in sm bowl, combine goat cheese, parsley & eggs & mix well - season c salt & pepper - spread goat cheese mix over basil - arrange toms on top - sprinkle c remaining parm cheese & bake until cheese is golden brown, about 20 mins - let cool 15-20 mins - serve at rm temp
