Tomato Curried Chicken

   Preheat oven to 350F.

   Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and coat with seasoned flour.

   (I season my flour with salt, pepper and garlic powder.)

   Brown chicken in butter until lightly golden.

   Using a slotted spoon, remove chicken from pan and place in a greased casserole, being careful to drain the chicken.

   Combine onions, garlic, curry and thyme in a bowl, then add to the pan drippings.

   Simmer until golden.

   Add tomatoes and simmer until deglazed.

   Pour sauce over chicken.

    Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
