300 grams Silken Tofu
2 Egg
2 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Sugar
1 tbsp Mirin
1 Dashi stock granules
1 tbsp Vegetable oil
2 sheets for onigiri Dried seaweed (to your liking)
1 pinch Ichimi chili pepper powder (to your taste)

Drain excess water from tofu by microwaving for 1.5-2 minutes (600 W), use paper towel to pat dry.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, start pan-frying the tofu and crumble.
